Junior Golf World is the creation of myself, Simon Hetherington with the help and support of my brother, David and my extended family and friends. As well as being a reasonable golfer, I have been involved in online marketing for several years, working with many small and medium sized businesses helping them to promote their respective web sites on the Internet.
After four years of helping other people I decided it was about time I started to practice what I was preaching, and as my two great loves are Golf and the Internet it was not difficult to decide what to do.
The Interent is the ideal place to start a retail business, with limited overheads and without the geographical restriction imposed by traditional bricks and mortar retailing, it allows you to take risks in niche market places.
There are a enormous number of Junior golfers across the UK and many manufacturers are attempting to create products specifically for them. However, the average Golf Club pro is limited on space and traditionally sticks to the market place he knows will always produce a return.

And so that is why Junior Golf World was born.
